Values Education Using the Digital Storytelling Method in Fourth Grade Primary School Students

In today’s world where technology develops rapidly and young people keep up with this technology, students should both improve their digital literacy make learning permanent. Digital storytelling is also a method the student active in environment improves his technological literacy. The present study aims to investigate use of values education primary school fourth grade. was conducted case design, one qualitative research methods. participants consist 31 studying grade northwest Turkey spring semester 2018-2019 academic year. data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews teachers, products produced process, diaries kept by second author students. descriptive analysis used for data. obtained stages analyzed using students’ products, video recordings, while from showing themes, sub-themes, frequencies, percentages tables. As results indicated, expressed that story writing skills developed during process they liked dubbing picture drawing processes but experienced difficulties due not being equipped. addition underlined presentations allowed them reinforce internalize knowledge about value justice.
